2. Two numbers (place on line between two numbers) - pays 17-1.
3. Three numbers (place at end of row) - pays 11-1.
4. Four numbers (place where four squares meet) - pays 8-1.
5. Six numbers (place across end of two rows) - 5-1.
6. 12 numbers or column (Col.) - 2-1.
7. A dozen (1st, 2nd, or 3rd dozen) - 2-1.
8. 1 to 18, or 19 to 36 - 1-1
9. Odd or even - 1-1.
